Power Up consists of 8 modules: Power of Protection, Power of Play, Power of Positive Discipline, Power vs. Control, Power of a Name, Power of Love/Praise, Power of Relationships, and Power of Persevering.

The “Power Up” program has been created to teach men the impact they have as fathers in the lives of their children. Because society often feminizes fatherhood, focus is placed on identifying and understanding the differences between mothering and fathering. By keying in on the 3 “Pro’s” of fatherhood – Protect, Provide, & Profess – this course will celebrate fathers and their unique role in the development and safety of their children. Power Up stresses to dads they already have what their children need and encourages them to engage with their children for a lifetime.
